Cyclocross Skills

Where:
Randall's Island, west soccer field (big open field just west of the stadium).
The best way to get there from Manhattan is via the pedestrian bridge at 102nd street. Then head north along the path to the soccer field.

This will be an opportunity to learn about/brush up on/practice essential cyclocross skills such as mounting, remounting, shouldering, barriers, starts, etc. We can also discuss race tactics, equipment.

Attendees must:
show a valid USAC license
hand in a signed USAC Release form,
wear a CRCA Club jersey.
Riders who do not have these items will not be allowed to take part in the session.
If you are on the suspended list you can not participate in coaching sessions.

Unless otherwise noted, participants are expected to be riding road bikes. Aero bars are not allowed.
Due to the increasing number of users in the park, all coaching sessions are limited to 12 riders, first come first served.
