Change of Procedure for Athlete Release Forms in CRCA Races

Note to CRCA members and sub-team captains: As of the next club race on May 31, racers will be obliged to submit a release form for each CRCA race. To simplify the process and ensure an on-time start we strongly recommend that all racers print out, complete, and bring the completed form to the race.
