Bike Fit, what difference does it make? An Evening at the HSS Motion Analysis Lab

TARA PARSONS | 2018-04-16

Open to all female/ female identifying cyclists! On Tuesday April 24, 7pm, join the CRCA Women's Development team learning about bike fit and why it matters with the experts at Hospital for Special Surgery in their motion analysis lab: https://www.hss.edu/rehab-motion-analysis-lab.asp
510 East 73rd Street

Staff bike fitter, Happy Freedman will give an overview of bike fitting, using one rider as a guinea pig. A staff physical therapist will also be on hand. Also joining us this evneing will be Ben Serotta, a master of bike fitting himself with a history of not only building custom bikes, but creating some of the first bike fitting methodology such as the Sizecycle, SICI (Serotta International Cycling Institute), and the XY tool, the standard bike fitting tool for documenting rider position. We are also thrilled to learn that Lorri Lee Lown, coach and bike fit specialist from California will be in town and will be able to join us!
